Amazing band from The British Isles, sadly defunct now. Sick grindcore with screamy vocals and fast as hell drumming. This cd compiles the songs of their self-titled 7 inch, a split with Jinn and a split with Taint. AOFR also had an ep (?) entitled Life Is Cheap and a Kamikazee split. That has been on my hard drive for a long time, i wish i had god my ears to it earlier.
